Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct 2019 until Sat 28 Dec 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 24 – 26 Dec 2019.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 

Comfy Luxe room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge of £20 per room / per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Options 2 & 3: Includes £15pp dinner allocation, menu viewed here; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available.

Max of 1 child permitted; children aged 12 years and under can be accommodated within a z bed, meals charged as taken.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access not available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
