Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sun 18 Dec 2016, 7 days 10am - 4.30pm; subject to availability.
• Duration: start 10am until up to 4.30pm.
• Each member will normally glide from approx. 50 ft into the valley and then walk back up around 4 times.
• 1 hr classroom safety brief approx. 10am – 11am, 2 hr outdoor learning approx. 11am – 1pm, break for lunch 1pm (members to bring their own) and outdoor practical solo flight with instructor on ground 2pm – 4:30pm approx.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Nov 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted. Max of 1 voucher per person, 2 additional vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
• Suitable for ages 14+; under 18’s require parental consent.
• Max of 20 people per group. 
• Min weight 60kg and max weight 105kg.
• Moderate fitness level required and must not have any pre-existing illness or injury that may make falling over on grass a problem; you must not be taking any medication that could impair your ability to fly.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with Sunsoar Paragliding.
• Self-certification medical form is required; if you are under 60 and in good health you can sign off the form yourself. Over 60’s or those with health problems will require a doctor to countersign.
• Outdoor comfortable clothing required. Ankle supporting footwear is necessary, outdoor boots/trail shoes with good grip must be worn. All other equipment is provided.
• Subject to availability and weather conditions. May be cancelled and rescheduled due to bad weather. Please call on the day to check.
• British Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association insurance is required for a supp charge of £15pp, payment can be arranged via Sunsoar on the morning of your course, this is third party liability insurance if you were to injure one another or damage the landowners property.

• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
