Small print

• Voucher is valid until 30 Nov 2017, Mon - Fri 10am, 12noon, 2pm, 4pm and 6pm, Sat 11am, 12noon, 2pm, 4pm and 6pm and Sun 12noon, 2pm and 4pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 15 Nov 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 12+; under 18's will be served soft drinks.  
• Duration approx. 1hr 30mins.
• Max of 20 people per tour.  
• Members who are believed to have consumed alcohol before commencing the tour will not be admitted to the premises and the refund policy will not apply.
• Members will be required to ascend and descend over 100 steps.
• Limited wheelchair access available; tour can be adapted upon request.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
