Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Jan 2020 until Fri 27 Mar 2020, takes place every hour on Mon – Fri 11am – 6pm & Sun 12noon – 5pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Duration approx. 1hr 30mins.
• Max of 20 people per tour.
• Please note those who are believed to have consumed alcohol before commencing the tour will not be admitted to the premises and the refund policy will not apply.
• Members will be required to ascend and descend over 100 steps.
• Includes a beer flight each; beer flight includes 3 x tasters from the export-only range and are subject to change.
• Includes a pint of beer after the tour.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
