• Voucher is valid from Wed 5 Jan 2022 until Sat 30 Apr 2022, valid Wed - Sun in January and February and 7 days in March; subject to availability.
• Valid Mon 14 & Tue 15 Feb 2022. Excludes all other Mon - Tue in Jan-Feb 2022. Excludes 15-18 Apr 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 14 Apr 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a suite or loch view room for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes cream tea and a glass of Prosecco on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Includes 4 course dinner on the first night and 7 course tasting dinner on the second night. Menus are subject to change.
• Vegan, vegetarian, gluten/wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Children permitted when upgrading to family room; please discuss supplements and pay directly to hotel.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
