• Voucher is valid until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days, 10am – 5pm (last admission to exhibition 3.15pm); subject to availability.
• Excludes 25-26 Dec 2019 and 1-2 Jan 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Voucher entitles full access to facility.
• Options 1 and 2: Entry for two adults.
• Options 3 and 4: Entry for one family of two adults and up to four children.
• Suitable for ages 7+. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• The imagery contains scenes of violence and some content might not be suitable for some children. Parents, teachers and guardians should consider what is age-appropriate for children in their care.
• Options 2 and 4: Includes soup and a sandwich for adults and soup with a slice of bread for children. Vegetarian options are available.
• Recommended total visit time is 75 minutes.
• Comfortable footwear is recommended; visitors should expect to be on their feet most of the time when touring the main exhibition.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
