• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Jul 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2020 - 3 Jan 2021.
• Option 1: A supplementary charge of £10 is required for stays that take place in August, September or October; payable directly to hotel.
• Option 2 & 3: A supplementary charge of £20 is required for stays that take place in August, September or October; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or superior twin rooms available.  All rooms subject to availability.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior double for a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes 125ml glass of wine, Prosecco or pint of draught beer or lager each on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a £60 dinner allowance (£30pp) from the a la carte menu; subject to change. Allowance is for one evening only. Vegetarian options are available, please advise hotel when booking. Gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Children permitted and included in head count.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
