• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Nov 2017 until Fri 30 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplement charge of £30 per room per night applies for Saturday night stays. 
• Excludes 23 Dec 2017 – 3 Jan and 9, 10 Feb 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 
• Double or twin classic rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per night: deluxe room £20 or deluxe garden room £30; payable directly to hotel.
• Free onsite parking.
• Children ages 12 and under are permitted. Room upgrade to a deluxe room or deluxe garden room required to accommodate children, supplement charges apply per room per night; payable directly to hotel. Deluxe room can accommodate 1 child, deluxe garden room can accommodate up to 2 children.
• Pets are permitted for a supplementary charge per night, £15 for one pet and £25 for two pets; rooms must also be upgraded (for a supplementary charge) to a deluxe garden room to accommodate pets; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
