• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020; 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes: 24 Dec 2019 - 2 Jan; 1, 7, 8 & 14 Feb; 7 & 8 Mar 2020. 
• A supplementary charge is required per room per night for the following: Fridays £25 and Saturdays £50; payable directly to hotel. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm; check-out 11am.
• Option 1 & 2: junior suite available.
• Option 3 & 4: executive suite available. 
• Option 2 & 4 includes a £40 per couple allocation to spend on the à la carte for lunch or dinner. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Limited parking available at a supplementary charge of £15 per 24 hours; payable directly to hotel and allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
• Children not permitted.
• Max 1 small dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 per stay and subject to limited availability; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
