Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Feb until Sun 18 May 2025, Mon - Fri 9am - 8pm, Sat 9am - 12:30pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sundays, 14 Feb, 21-23 & 28-30 Mar 2025. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 May 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Max of 2 voucher per table. 
• Voucher spend is valid on all menus excluding afternoon tea; menus subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Voucher must be used in full; no change will be given.
• Table required back after 1hr 30mins. 
• No wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
