• Voucher is valid from Mon 9 Sept 2019 until Sun 17 Nov 2019, Mon – Fri 12noon - 4pm, Sat 12noon – 12.30pm and Sunday 12noon - 2.30pm; subject to availability.
• Please note seating times on Saturdays are 12noon, 12.15pm and 12.30pm. Seating times on Sundays are 12noon, 12.15pm, 12.30pm, 2pm, 2.15pm and 2.30pm.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 11 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers per table of 4.
• Afternoon tea menu only; menu can be viewed here; subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. No vegan, gluten / wheat free options available.
• Tea/coffee refills will be charged; please arrange with restaurant directly.
• Option 2 includes 125ml glass of Champagne each.
• Option 3 includes a bottle of Champagne to share.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a draught soft drink.
• Tables may be required back after 2hrs.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
