Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 May until Thu 31 Aug 2023; 7 days (off-peak) Mon - Fri 7am-3pm and 8pm-10pm & Sat - Sun 3pm-8pm; subject to availability.
• No advance booking required; present your voucher on arrival for redemption. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 3 per person. 
• Max 1 voucher permitted per person per visit. 
• The session is not instructed. You can stay for as long as you would like
• Suitable for ages 8yrs+; participants under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult. Ratio of 1 adult per 2 children permitted. 
• Children under 8yrs can access the kids wall at The Newsroom in Kinning Park.
• All participants and/or supervisors must complete a form on arrival, both for themselves and any children they are supervising. 
• On arrival you be asked to watch a safety video, followed by a few questions based on the video to confirm understanding. Redemption of the voucher is subject to passing this competency check.
• Practical and comfortable clothing is recommended. Skirts and dresses are not advised.
• Includes climbing shoe hire.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
