• Voucher is valid from 27 Dec 2015 until 29 Feb 2016, 7 days a week; subject to availability.
• Excludes 30-31 Dec 2015, 1 Jan and 12- 13 Feb 2016.
• Voucher must be booked by 5 Feb 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted and may be used on multiple nights, max 4 consecutive nights, subject to availability.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Members can upgrade their room for a supplementary charge, to a double river view room for £15 prpn, an executive room for £30 prpn or a Suite for £80 prpn.
• Check in 3pm, late check out 12pm.
• Bottle of red wine in room on arrival – white wine can be requested.
• Choice of 3 course dinner in the restaurant or £20 per person allowance towards dinner in MacNabs bar and bistro.
• Dinner included only on the first night for purchase option two.
• Children welcome, a family can accommodate two adults and one child with a supplementary fee of £10 per room per night. Children pay for meals as taken, under 16's are classed as a child.
• Stay may be extended by a night for a supplementary charge at the hotel's normal rates, please discuss directly with the hotel.
• Sorry, no pets permitted, guide and assistance dogs only.
• No onsite parking, but charged parking is available nearby.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 10am the day prior to arrival.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
