• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Oct 2020 until Wed 31 Mar 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 19 -25, 31 Dec 2020,  1 Jan - 28 Feb 2021
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 30 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Executive double or twin rooms available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2: Includes a £20pp dinner spend valid on anything on the bar or bistro menu. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Max of 2 children permitted. Under 3's stay free and a £10 supplementary charge is required per child aged 4-16 yrs; payable directly to the hotel.
• Pets permitted, max 2 dogs at £10 supplement per dog; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
