- Voucher is valid from Sun 26 May until Sun 22 Sep 2024; subject to availability.
- 26 May - 30 Jun: Valid Sat-Sun. Excludes Mon - Fri.
- 1 Jul - 22 Sep: Valid 7 days.
- Mon-Fri: Sessions at 11am, 12noon, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm or 5pm.
- Sat-Sun: Sessions at 11:30am, 12:30am, 1:30pm, 2:30pm, 3:30pm or 4:30pm.
- Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Sep 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- Online bookings only.
- Once booked with the venue, booking cannot be cancelled but may be rescheduled subject to availability.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your time slot for safety training and equipment.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
- Suitable for ages 8+. Under 12s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+.
- Duration approx. 30 mins.
- Max of 8 people per session.
- Meeting point: check-in point at grey shed, next to children's playpark.
- No wheelchair access available.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

The team at check-in were fantastic. Every member of staff was very friendly and laid back. They were great with my family and after a quick demonstration, they gave us the confidence to get going. We had a wonderful time on our e-boats. Felt very safe especially after been given and demonstrated the bag full of safety equipment to take on board. Thanks for a great day!

Very helpful team. All equipment supplied and ensured life jacket secured properly. Dry bag for valuables and phone number supplied for if needed help.
Everything as expected and better, as canal quiet and midge free.
Only issue would be car park at Falkirk Wheel. They should provide clear instructions about how to pay.
