• Voucher is valid until Thurs 25 Aug 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• £30 supplement for Saturday stays.
• Excludes 24 & 25 Jun, 23 Jul, 12 & 13 Aug 2016.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thurs 11 Aug 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel your booking; non-refundable once booked with hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on multiple nights.
• Check in from 3pm, check out by 11am. 
• Double/twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• £20pp dinner allocation can be used in restaurant of your choice: Basil’s Grill, Monty’s Pizzeria, Jock’s Bar or Rushes Bar.

• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant when booking.
• Free on-site parking available.
• 20% discount on any spa treatments and rounds of golf available to all guests booking; available Mon-Fri only.
• Children are permitted; children under 5 stay free, ages 5-14 charged at £20 B&B payable directly to the hotel. Children’s rates apply only when sharing with adults; maximum of 1 child per room.
• Pets are permitted; pets are charged at £20 per night. Please advise hotel when booking; maximum of 1 pet per room.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
