• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Apr until Mon 30 Jun 2025, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Morning tea: Valid Mon - Fri 10am - 11:30am, Sat at 10am, Sun at 11am.
• Afternoon tea: Valid Mon - Fri 12noon - 3pm, Sat - Sun at 12noon.
• Excludes 20 Apr, 15 Jun 2025.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Mon 23 Jun 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Phone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Max of 2 vouchers / 4 people per table. 
• Includes morning or afternoon tea from a set menu only.
• Morning tea: Vegetarian options are available. Gluten / wheat free and vegan options are not available. 
• Afternoon tea: Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 90mins.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
