Small print

• Option 1 voucher (Oct – Dec) is valid until Sat 23 Dec 2017, Wed-Sun; subject to availability. Excludes Monday, Tuesday and 13 – 21 Oct 2017.
• Option 2 voucher (Jan – Mar) is valid from Tue 2 Jan 2018 until Thur 29 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 9, 10, 11, 14 Feb 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £30 per room is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Option 1 voucher must be booked by Wed 22 Nov 2017 and option 2 by Wed 28 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights, subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic Glen Douglas or Loch Lomond double or twin rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: Ben Lomond room £20 or Beach House room £30; payable directly with hotel.
• Includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main or main and dessert from the evening menu followed by a tea or coffee each; menu can be viewed here and is subject to change.
• A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: Starters - Mackrel pate £1.50, Mains - sirloin steak £5, monkfish tempura £2.50; payable directly to hotel.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Max 1 additional guest may stay in room, however upgrade to Beach House or Ben Lomond room is required; third person supplement may apply; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Third adult supplement: £20 per night including breakfast or £35 per night including dinner and breakfast.
• Children permitted; max 1 child. Under 10's: stay free on B&B basis and pay for other meals as taken, aged 10+: £20 per night including breakfast or £35 per night including dinner and breakfast; payable directly to hotel. Upgrade to Beach House or Ben Lomond Room required.
• Access to leisure facilities available at £5pp supplement.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Dogs are permitted, max 1 dog; supplement of £25 per dog per night as well as an upgrade to a Ben Lomond room required (£20 supplement); payable directly to hotel; please discuss directly when booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
