• Sept - Dec voucher is valid from Sun 1 Sept 2019 until Mon 23 Dec 2019, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 11 - 20 Oct 2019.
• Jan - Mar voucher is valid from Sun 5 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 7 - 11, 14 Feb 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £30 per room is required for Friday stays and £50 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Sept - Dec voucher must be booked by Mon 25 Nov 2019 and Jan - Mar voucher by Fri 28 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights, subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic Glen Douglas or Loch Lomond double rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: Ben Lomond room £30 or Beach House room £30; payable directly with hotel.
• Dinner options include a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main or main and dessert from the evening menu; menu can be viewed here and is subject to change. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following starters: cullen skink £2, mussels £2, haggis bon bons £1, smoked salmon, £2, mains: North Sea monkfish £3, Atlantic cod £4, surf & turf £8, ribeye £8, desserts: cheese £3; payable directly to hotel.
• Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel when booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Third adult supplement: £20 per night including breakfast or £35 per night including dinner and breakfast, upgrade to Ben Lomond or Beach House Required.
• Children permitted; max 1 child. Under 10's: stay free on B&B basis and pay for other meals as taken, aged 10+: £20 per night including breakfast or £35 per night including dinner and breakfast; payable directly to hotel. Upgrade to Beach House or Ben Lomond Room required.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per dog per night as well as an upgrade to a Ben Lomond room required (£25 supplement); payable directly to hotel; please discuss directly when booking.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
