• Voucher is valid from Mon 9 Sep 2019 until Sun 22 Dec 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 13 - 15  Sep, 12 - 13, 17 - 20 Oct 2019.
• Options 2 & 3: A supplementary charge of £10 is required per room for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 29 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in from 2pm – 10pm, check-out 7am – 11am.
• Standard double, twin or family room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3 Include a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main or main and dessert each from the bar menu; subject to change.
• Excludes combo starter for two.
• A supplementary charge is required per person for the following starter: smoked salmon £1.50 and mains: 8oz sirloin steak £6, 8oz ribeye £7; payable directly to hotel. Option 3 dinner is on the first night only.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Max of 2 children permitted in a family room only inc breakfast; please note dinner is not included. Small family rooms sleeps two people and a child in fold down bed; family room sleeps three people and a child in a fold down bed.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Accommodation is not wheelchair accessible. Bar, restaurant and gallery are have wheelchair access.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
