• Voucher is valid until Monday 30th Nov 2015, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Friday and Saturday nights incur a £20 per night supplement.
• Excludes 23rd Oct, 6 & 27th November 2015.
• Booking must be made by 16th Nov 2015.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Sorry, pets not permitted.
• Children permitted. 12 and under.  Max of 2 per room.  £20 bed & breakfast rate for an extra bed or cot, subject to room availability.  Please discuss with hotel at time of booking.
• Check-in 3pm; check-out 11am.
• Free on-site parking.
• Double or twin en-suite rooms available.
• Upgrades available; £20 per night for a Heritage room, £40 per night for a Lake View room.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on multiple nights.  Please contact the hotel directly to discuss.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
