• Voucher is valid from Mon 10 Jun until Sat 28 Sep 2024, Mon-Wed 10am - 2pm, Thu 10am - 5:30pm, Fri 9.30am - 5.30pm and Sat 11am - 5:30pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sundays.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Sep 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 2 week advance booking is recommended.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly .
• Option 1 duration: approx. 45 mins.
• Option 2 total duration: approx. 1 hour.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
