• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Sept 2018 until Mon 24 Dec 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 5, 17 Nov 2018
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 26 Nov 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 2pm, check-out by 10am.
• King double or twin room available
• Room can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £20; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. if applicable
• Includes a £27.50 per person dinner allowance towards food in 63 @ Parklands tasting menu or No1 The Bank Bistro a la carte menu during your stay; please note any remaining value will not be credited, full allowance must be used.
• Gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Free parking available.
• Includes a bottle of fizz in room on arrival.
• Alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink.
• No children permitted.
• Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
