- Cream of Jerusalem artichoke & chestnut soup with Baldinnie quails eggs and shaved autumn truffle
- Treacle cured Loch Duart salmon with potato royale, cauliflower puree, coriander & mint relish, smoked eel, cucumber and avruga caviar
- Main Dishes:
- North Sea hake with salsify tagliatelle, potato beignets, confit fennel, sea herbs and vermouth velouté
- Duck breast glazed in spiced honey with ballotine of confit leg, beetroot fondant, red cabbage, beetroot & blackberry purée and Grand Veneur sauce

- Warm halibut gravlax with celeriac, hazelnuts, pickled grapes and seaweed butter sauce
- Lasagne of ox cheek & bone marrow with parsley puree and parmesan cream
- Main Dishes:
- Seared fillets of John Dory with salsify tagliatelle, potato beignets, confit fennel, sea herbs and vermouth velouté
- Roast loin and glazed faggot of wild Cairngorm venison with herb mousse, red cabbage, beetroot fondant, beetroot and blackberry purée and Grand Veneur sauce
- Dessert Dishes:
- Caramel & milk chocolate tart with malted milk crèmeux, candied walnuts and walnut ice cream
- Hot passion fruit & banana soufflé with coconut sorbet and brown butter madeleine

- Dinner: Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Apr until Wed 28 May 2025, Tue - Wed 6pm - 9pm. Excludes Thu - Mon.
