• Jan stay: Voucher is valid from Thu 13 Jan 2022 until Mon 31 Jan 2022, 7 days. Excludes 15, 21-22 Jan 2022. Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Jan 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Feb stay: Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Feb 2022 until Mon 28 Feb 2022, 7 days. Excludes 11-14 Feb 2022. Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Mar stay: Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Mar 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days. Excludes 6-12, 20-29 Mar 2022. Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Online bookings only.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.
• Standard double or twin room available. Twin rooms must be requested at time of booking and are subject to availability.
• Rooms can be upgraded and stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes full leisure access including indoor pool, gymnasium, sauna and Jacuzzi.
• No children permitted.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
