• Voucher is valid until 23rd Dec 2015, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Reservations must be made by 30th Nov or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• £25 per room per night supplement applies to Fri/Sat stays. Please pay directly to the hotel.
• Excludes: Aug 27th, 29th-30th. Sep 1st-4th, 8th, 24th-26th.
• Check in 3pm, check out 10:30am.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted and can be used on consecutive nights.
• Double/twin room available, subject to availability.
• Max 2 children permitted. Under 6's stay free of charge, paying for all meals as taken. Children aged 6-12 are subject to the following supplements, per child, per night when sharing with adults. B&B voucher stay: £19 including breakfast. DBB voucher stay: £33 including breakfast and dinner.
• Max 2 dogs permitted per stay. £10 per dog, per night.
• Limited free onsite car parking available on a first come, first served basis. 
• Dinner is from the a la carte menu, choosing either starter/main or main/dessert. £9.50 supplement on fillet steak and £7.50 supplement on the other items in 'Steaks' and 'Ash Specialities' section of the dinner a la carte menu. Guests are free to order from the lunch/early dinner menu – the printed supplements applicable. All supplements to be paid direct.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once booked with the hotel.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
