Small print

• April stays:
• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Apr 2022 until Sat 30 Apr 2022, 7 days. Excludes 23 Apr 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 31 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• May, June & September stays:
• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 May 2022 until Fri 30 Sep 2022, 7 days. Excludes 1 Jul - 31 Aug 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 31 Aug 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• July & August stays:
• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Jul 2022 until Wed 31 Aug 2022, 7 days. Excludes 2 Jul 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 29 Jul 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• General:
• A supplementary charge of £30 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.
• Vouchers are subject to availability.
• Email bookings only.
• Voucher is non-refundable once booked with hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a Royal room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; please discuss and pay directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• 2 night stay: Includes a 2 course dinner on one night choosing a starter/main or main/dessert from the a la carte menu; subject to change.  Excludes the 'Cheese Feast'. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following dishes; fillet steak £12, £8.50 for any other items in the steaks and Ash specialities sections of the menu; payable directly. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise at time of booking. Dinner reservations must be pre-booked; please discuss at the time of booking.
• Includes an arrival cocktail or mocktail each from the drinks menu; subject to change. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Continental breakfast included; option to upgrade to a cooked breakfast for a supplementary charge of £5pp for April stays and £7.50pp for May - Sep stays, payable directly. Vegan breakfasts are available.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children 0-5yrs stay free of charge paying for all meals as taken. Cots and high chairs are available free of charge. 6-10yrs require a supplementary charge per child per night of £25 for BB and £49 for DBB. Please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• An additional adult can be added to the room for a supplementary charge; please discuss with and pay directly.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog per night; payable directly.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
