Voucher is valid from Tue 25 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Wed - Sun 10am - 6pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Voucher must be booked at least 5 days in advance and by Fri 11 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

16+ only. 

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability. Please note there is only one couples room available.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 

Cancer sufferers/those in remission will require GP consent. 

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 

Treatment duration: approx. 1 hour.

Includes 1 hour of access to the facilities. Please arrive 1 hour prior to your treatment start time to use these. If you do not wish to use the facilities please arrive 30 mins prior to your treatment time.

Option 2: Includes a 2 course lunch (starter & main or main & dessert) from set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, dairy / gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Lunch is served between 12noon and 3pm. Table may be required back within 1hr 30mins.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
