• Voucher is valid until Wed 31 Mar 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 23-26 & 30 Dec 2020 - 1 Jan 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 10 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Standard double/twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a 3 course dinner from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 2 night stay: Dinner is on the first night only.
• Includes a bottle of fizz in the room on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Includes leisure access; facilities will be open subject to current Government guidelines.
• Max of 2 children 0-14 years permitted. A supplementary charge applies per child. One night stay £10 inc breakfast, £20 inc dinner. 2 night stay £30. 
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
