Small print

• Voucher is valid until 27th June 2015, Fri & Sat only; subject to availability.
• Reservations can be made from Mon 30th March and must be made by 31st May 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Multiple purchases permitted; max 4 vouchers per person; can be used for consecutive nights stay; please advise at time of booking; subject to availability 
• Stay can be extended at the hotel's normal rates
• Check in and check out 2pm.
• Max of 3 children permitted (up to 12 yrs old) in an Executive Double - £5 per child per night B&B, £15 per child per night DBB.
• Children are allowed in the hotel restaurant until 10pm.
• Children are permitted to use the leisure facilities (not the gym or Jacuzzi), under 16s must accompanied by an adult (pool opening hours for under 16's: 7am-7.30pm Mon-Thurs, Fri-Sun no restrictions). Last entry to the Otium Health Club is one hour before closing.
• Purchase option 2 includes a 3 course dinner on the 1st night from the table d'hote menu only
• No pets permitted.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 2pm on day of arrival.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
