• Voucher is valid from 12 Oct until 31st Jan 2016, Mon, Wed & Fri 9am-7pm, Thurs 9am-8pm, Sat 9am-6pm; subject to availability.
• Limited availability on Fri & Sat.
• Voucher excludes entire month of December, 1st - 3rd Jan 2016.
• Vouchers must be booked by 31st December or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Sorry, group bookings not permitted.
• Suitable for those who are currently pregnant, breastfeeding, suffering from cancer or those in remission. 
• Members cannot request specific stylists. 
• Wella conditioning treatment varies in time dependant on hair length/thickness.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
