• Voucher is valid from Mon 9 Jun until Fri 29 Aug 2025, Mon & Wed - Fri, 10am - 10pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Tue & Sat - Sun. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Aug 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. Please note, multiple bays cannot be booked together; attempting to do so risks forfeiting your voucher.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. Booking slots open 14 days in advance at 10am.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages. Under 16s must be supervised by an adult. At least one person per bay must be aged 18+.
• Under 18s are not permitted to enter the venue from 9pm.
• Booking must be made by an adult aged 18+.
• Please note a physical valid passport or UK driving license is required from all guests.
• Duration approx. 2hrs. Game play cannot be extended.
• Max of 6 players and 2 observers per group. Multiple bays cannot be booked together; bays are limited to 1 per group.
• Includes a lifetime membership.
• Wheelchair access available.

• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
