- 2 crispy corn tortillas with guacamole, black bean & corn, topped with crumbly cheese and cream
- Dry rubbed smokey pork ribs with a chipotle chilli honey glaze
- Soft corn tortillas topped with chicken tinga, sour cream and coriander
- Build your own nachos with chunks of beef topside braised in a cascabel Chile sauce, with red kidney beans, cumin and coriander pus cheese, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo and jalapenos
