- Queso fundido - homemade Artisan style Jack cheese fondue with garlicky roasted peppers, and chorizo served with corn tortilla chips
- Guacamole tostados - 2 crispy corn tortillas with guacamole, black bean & corn, topped with crumbly cheese and cream
- Chipotle honey ribs - dry rubbed smokey pork ribs with a chipotle chilli honey glaze
- Chicken fajita filling - Roast chicken thigh marinated with Adobo spices and tomatoes
- Beef fajita filling - Slow cooked barbacoa beef, steeped in spices, chipotle chillies and garlic
- Sides of sour cream, salsa brava, cheese, onion and peppers
