• Queso fundido - homemade Artisan style Jack cheese fondue with garlicky roasted peppers, and chorizo served with corn tortilla chips
• Crab tostada - 2 crispy corn tortillas topped with crab and crema
• 6oz flat iron steak - marinated in house barbacoa rub and served with a side of peanut mole
• Camerones a la plancha - King prawns grilled with agave syrup, lime juice and a garlic, chilli butter
• Tacos - chicken tinga, barbacoa beef and mushroom filled tacos topped with crema
