• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020. Valid 7 days, Sat – Tue 10am – 6pm and Wed – Fri 10am – 8pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Minimum age of 16yrs; 16 - 18yr old must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment can be adapted to make it suitable after the first trimester of pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• There are certain contra-indications to massage depending on the particular health issue, such as back and neck problems. Please contact salon directly to discuss any concerns in advance of booking.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 50 minutes; 25 min massage and 25 min facial.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; 55 min massage and 25 min facial.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
