Trusty Buck's

  • After switching to a plant based diet a few years back, Trusty Buck’s founder Hugh was frustrated by the lack of quality plant based options around so he began to focus his energy on developing a totally vegan menu
  • Established and run by musicians with catering backgrounds, Trusty Buck’s was set up in 2019 with the vision of offering complete bar-catering-live music events packages
  • Due to the current situation they switched their business model, and began developing an on demand home delivery service, beginning from their food truck in a Pollokshields garden
  • They have now opened their first delivery kitchen and plan to open their first sit-in eatery in 2021
