  • Sliced oak-smoked salmon, smoked halibut & gravlax, baby gem with cabbie claw style dressing & olive crumb
  • Crumbled ricotta on three tomato mix, lamb’s lettuce, micro basil & balsamic reduction, breaded smoked mozzarella

Mains

  • Roasted fillet of pork wrapped in Serrano ham, sautéed wild mushrooms & sweet potato, Madeira & tarragon jus
  • Pan fried coley, haddock & leek cannelloni with minted pea purée
  • Fillets of sea bream, sautéed potatoes, sun blushed tomato and caper butter sauce

  • Buttery crème brûlée with coconut sponge and roasted rhubarb

    Another wonderful meal at the Buttery. A great choice of dishes to choose from and all equally delicious. Staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about all the dishes . A great restaurant with lovely staff and wonderful food. Can’t wait to go back again
