Today’s corker of a deal will see you and a BBQ-loving buddy head to the brand new and super cool Van Winkle in the East End of Glasgow. Tucking into your choice of meats from their famous BBQ pits, your grub will be smoked in-house over bourbon wood chip before being finished on the sizzling grill. Sample the likes of St Louis BBQ ribs, buffalo wings, or bourbon BBQ brisket, alongside a portion of fries and your choice of two sides each including buttered spinach, corn on the cob, mac n cheese or BBQ pit beans – YUM!
