• Falafel bowl - handmade beetroot falafel served with roasted garlic hummus, fresh tomato salad, marinated olives and raw crackers all topped off with a zesty lemon tahini dressing
• Green goddess salad - local sourced mixed salad and baby kale leaves tossed with avocado, chickpeas, cucumber, parsley and basil oil served with a side of mint hummus 
• Beetroot and coconut soup - a rich, velvety and vibrant soup with an earthy, sweet flavour & a hint of coconut. Topped with coconut yoghurt, crispy kale and served with toasted sourdough

• Haggis bon bons served with a creamy peppercorn sauce
• Blueberry and walnut pâté topped with balsamic onions and served with raw homemade crackers
• Roasted garlic hummus topped with paprika and roasted chickpeas served with a selection of locally sourced breads, raw crackers and crudités

Mains

• The Soul Burger with a peanut seitan patty with BBQ sauce, garlic mayo, lettuce and tomato in a brioche bun, served with sweet potato wedges
• Kimchi bowl with homemade kimchi served with grilled tofu, soba noodles, a sesame stir-fry of pak choi & broccoli and raw kimchi crackers all drizzled with sriracha sauce
• Seitan Asian beef or tofu on top of rice noodles and fresh veg all served in a light miso broth topped with spring onion and coriander
