Small print

• Voucher is valid until Thu 30 Sep 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 9 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. Any re-booking is at the hotel’s availability and discretion.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a Club room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 2 children permitted. Under 2s stay free and cots are available; subject to availability. Children aged 2 - 12 require a supplementary charge of £25 to upgrade to a double double room; payable directly. All meals to be paid as taken.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
