• Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 21 - 22 Mar 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £15 is required per room per night for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 10 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only. Telephone bookings will not be accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double/twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £15; discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival.
• Options 2 & 3: Include a 3 course dinner from set menu; subject to change. Supplementary charges may apply for some dishes; please discuss and pay directly with hotel. Vegetarian and vegan options are available. Option 3: Dinner is on the first night only.
• Parking available at the hotel.
• Max 1 child permitted. Children under 5 free. Children aged 5-13 require £10 supplement per child; payable directly to hotel.
• Max 2 dogs permitted for a £10 supplement per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
