Small print

• Single day camp: Voucher is valid from Mon 29 Jun 2020 until Fri 14 Aug 2020, Mon – Fri, 10am – 4pm; subject to availability. Valid for a one day camp session for one. Max 1 voucher per child. Multiple vouchers cannot be used for the same child.
• Week long camp: Voucher is valid from Mon - Fri, 10am - 4pm each day on weeks commencing 29 June, 6,  13. 20, 27 July, 3 or 10 August 2020. Valid for a one week (Mon - Fri) camp session for one. Max 1 voucher per child. Multiple vouchers cannot be used for the same child.
• Excludes Saturdays and Sundays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 19 Jun 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• Voucher cannot be cancelled once booked with venue.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted for siblings. Max. 5 vouchers permitted.
• Suitable for ages 4 – 14.
• Max of 40 children per day.
• Parents must sign consent form online when booking; any medical information that may be required should be detailed at this point.
• Children must bring water, lunch and snacks. Please be aware that Vision Coaching is a nut free zone.
• Children should be dressed appropriately for the weather; rain jackets should be brought in the event of wet weather.
• Sunscreen should be brought with each child; coaches will remind children to put it on throughout the day, however will not apply it for them.
• All sports equipment is provided, however children are welcome to bring their own at owners own risk. Please do not allow children to bring any valuables (e.g tablets). Vision Coaching will not accept any liability for any items that are damaged, broken or lost.
• A supplementary charge of £3.50 per session is required per child for breakfast club (8am – 10am) and chill out club (4pm – 6pm); payable directly to Vision Coaching.
• Meeting point: GHA Rugby Club, Braidholm Road, Giffnock, G46 6EB.
• Parents can call 07542 924348 at any time during camp hours for updates on their child.
• Wheelchair access available. Please advise of any disabilities at time of booking and Vision Coaching will advise if they can accommodate safely.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
