Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Mar 2018 until Thur 31 May 2018, 7 days 10am – 9pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required per person for Fri, Sat, Sun bookings; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 14 May 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time, subject to availability; please discuss at time of booking. 
• Facials and mani/pedi are suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Massage/ use of sauna and steam room are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Treatments are suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission with a doctor’s note only. A doctor's note is required for those with severe heart conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa when booking.
• Option 1 duration: pedi 60min, mani 45min approx. Treatments can last 7 – 10 days depending on lifestyle and maintenance.
• Option 2 and 3 duration: 60min massage and 30min facial approx.
• Deal is valid for fully qualified therapists.
• Includes 2 hrs use of facilities.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available, however there is no lift into the pool available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
