Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 14 Oct 2017 until Sat 31 Mar 2018, Sat and Sun, session one: 9.30am - 12noon or session two: 1.30pm - 3pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Monday - Friday and 23, 24, 30, 31 Dec 2017.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Duration: approx. 90 mins.
• Suitable for ages 10+.
• Max of 10 people per group. 
• All equipment and instruction provided.
• Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
• Life jackets will be provided.
• Basic level of fitness required.
• Max weight: 140kg (22 stone).
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
