Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 14 Dec 2019 until Thur 2 Jan 2020, Thur - Mon, 9am  - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24-26 Dec 2019 - 1 Jan 2020 and Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 18 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Suitable for ages 5+. Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.
• A family ticket is valid for two adults and two children.
• Children are classed as ages 13 and under.
• Duration approx. 6hrs.
• Max of 12 people per session.
• Please bring a change of clothes along with a towel. Wear clothes that can get wet.
• A moderate level of fitness is required. Participants must be fully mobile.
• Meeting point: 2064 Great Western Road, Knightswood, Glasgow, G13 2HE. You will then travel to your destination by bus.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
