• April, May or June voucher is valid until Thu 30 Jun 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Sept, Oct or Nov voucher is valid from Thu 1 Sep 2016 until Sat 5 Nov 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advanced booking required.
• April, May or June voucher must be booked by Thurs 2 Jun 2016.
• Sept, Oct or Nov voucher must be booked by Sat 8 Oct 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on multiple nights.
• Check in 2pm, check out 11am. 
• Valid for Timber Tents only; tents include 1 double mattress and 2 singles on raised beds. 
• Free onsite parking available.
• Bedding is not included, there is a covered mattress but own sleeping bags and other camping kit must be brought.
• Electricity is provided and included in the cost.
• Includes a kettle, heater, small fridge and an outdoor picnic table; all cooking must be done outside as the cabins are made of wood.
• Children are permitted and included in overall head count.
• Dogs are permitted and must sleep on floor and not in beds. Maximum of 1 dog per timber tent.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
