• Voucher is valid from Tue 2 Jan 2018 until Sun 25 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 Feb 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £12 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Please note on a Friday and Saturday night the hotel has a club open until 2am. The hotel will try to accommodate rooms in a quieter part of the hotel but the music may be heard. As a guest you gain access to this club area; please discuss directly with the hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 3 per person. 
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
