Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Oct 2017 until Sat 23 Dec 2017, Sun – Thur; subject to availability.

Excludes Friday and Saturday.

• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 30 Nov 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booking is confirmed it cannot be amended or refunded.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Members must provide their own sleeping bags, pillows, towels & toiletries plus washing up essentials.
• Heating/electricity is not included but available through £1 coin operated metres. Please pay directly.
• Standard wigwam.
• Check in 3pm - 7pm, check out 10am.
• Please note once October Restaurant and Shop change to winter hours and are closed Mondays and Tuesday. Anyone staying on Mondays and Tuesdays will be able to pick their keys up from the box at the shower block and there will be someone on site should they be needed. Members arriving on the other days after 4 pm will be able to collect keys from the box at the shower block.
• Dogs permitted for a supplementary charge of £7 per dog per night; please discuss and pay directly. Max of 2 small dogs permitted per wigwam, subject to suitability of wigwam.
• Two person option: valid for 2 adults only.
• Family option: valid for 2 adults and a max of 2 children; children are classed as ages 14 and under.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss and pay directly.
• Members may hire the BBQ hut for exclusive use for a supplement of £25 per night (includes lighters & charcoal), or a camp fire for £10 per night on your first night (includes firelighters), subject to availability. Disposable BBQs are not permitted on site. Please book in advance and pay directly.
• Parking available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
