- Six by Nico will have a new restaurant theme every 6 weeks with a completely new focus, menu and wines each time, with everything from childhood memories to seasons and places as themes
- First theme will be ‘chippie’, where a unique take reinvents classic chip-shop dishes
- Chips & Cheese – crisp potato cannelloni with crowdie mousse
- Scampi – Scrabster monkfish cheek, squid ink and herb emulsion
- Steak Pie – Speyside beef shin, onion choucroute and brioche
- Special Fish – Shetland cod with sea vegetable, pickled mussels and taramasalata
- Smoked Sausage – Ayrshire pork with black pudding, apple and celeriac
- Deep Fried Mars Bar – salted caramel, chocolate nougat, malt parfait

- Pairing wines can be added for a supplementary charge of £25 per person; payable directly to restaurant.
- Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available.
- Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco on arrival.
- Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
